What I like about the Horizon is how much usable living space it provides while still keeping everything on one level. With 2,273 square feet of air-conditioned living space, the standard plan gives you two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a den and a spacious Great Room without creating a home that feels unnecessarily large.
The flexibility of the den is another feature I like. It works naturally as a home office, reading room or hobby space, but buyers who need additional sleeping accommodations can configure it as an optional third bedroom, with an optional third bath also available.
I also like the way the main living areas flow together. The kitchen, dining area and Great Room form one large central gathering space, while the Primary Suite is set apart as a comfortable private retreat with two walk-in closets.
