• How do you plan to purchase? (Cash, financing, pre-approved, or still exploring your options.)

Seller Consultation Questions:

• Where is your property located?
• What type of property are you selling?
• When are you planning to sell?
• Is your property currently listed with another real estate agent?
• Is there anything else you’d like us to know about your property or your goals?

Providing this information allows us to prepare for your consultation, understand your goals, and make the most of our time together.
