Before real estate, J R spent nearly three decades at the highest levels of corporate America. His HR leadership career took him from Rockwell International and Ford Motor Company to a sales management role with Hewlett-Packard, before he became Vice President of Human Resources for The Hillman Company – one of the largest hardware distribution companies in North America – where he led the HR function across corporate headquarters and all Hillman subsidiaries. He holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Phoenix and completed his undergraduate work at the University of New Mexico.

J R has served as an adjunct professor at both the University of Pittsburgh and Florida Gulf Coast University. He is a published author – his book “You Can’t Manage Alone” reflects the same philosophy he brings to every client relationship. A Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designee, his community leadership in Naples runs deep: President of Greater Naples Leadership, Chairman of a Hospital Board, College Trustee, and officer positions on numerous significant boards.
